Our interview was on September 24th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Most people at that time (about a dozen or so, other than us) were either US citizens. Started at the first window with a pleasant Arab lady who prepared the documents, verified some facts and returned the X-rays to us. Second window was another lady who took fingerprints from me and my wife, but not the kids (all under 14 years).
Third window was the formal interview. First half hour was formal paperwork, oaths and returning originals to us. Second half hour was grilling me over visa qualifications, including very detailed questions about my research results and potential applications, and their significance. At the end of this part, the CO said the petition cannot be approved for lack of a tenure track academic position. I spent the next half hour, first explaining to the CO that he was looking at the wrong EB-1 subcategory in his manual, and that my specific case is EB-1A which did not require a job offer at all. I will make it short, everything went well. I have a very smooth interview though a lot of questions. It's good thing though that I had my documents well organized and the CO gives me a thumbs up . They just need one letter from my husband's work with an Army letterhead. A letter to prove that my husband is a government contractor. Remember, if your husband is working here make sure to bring his LOA.
Over all everything is good, staff in the embassy are very nice.

My fiancee's interview was on Jan 22nd. I wasn't able to attend, she went alone. She arrived about an hour early and said there were about 20 other people in the waiting room, but most of them were Americans or there on other business. A lady asked her a few simple questions and instructed her on how to pay the fee. After that she waited 20 more minutes before the real interview began with a different officer and last almost half an hour. Some of the questions asked were:
-Why isn't your fiance here today?
-Why get married in the US instead of here in Kuwait?
-Why do you want to move to the US?
-How did he propose?
-Have you met any of his family?
-Has he met any of your family?
She was nervous and felt that he had a condescending attitude about some of her answers. She was eventually put into AP because her NBI was missing (it arrived late). We should be good to go as soon as she brings it in.
