They're very friendly and helpful.
I had my first interview for 15mins he asked for some documents ( affidavit of support/ proof of ongoing relationship and a few questions about my fiance, after that I went to the cashier and paid the processing fee and I gave the receipt to the consul who interviewed me, I waited for 2mins for the finger print after that I waited for almost 10mins for my final interview it last for 10mins, consul asked me a few questions about myself and my fiance. Basic questions only. After that he hinted to me that I was approved 😠and he asked for my mobile number and they will call after a week. Then after 5days they called to come and pick up my passport with the Visa inside. PS. Total time spent at the embassy was about 3hrs.

Appointment was originally advised by NVC for 15 May but Embassy called to reschedule to 17 May.
Arrived 30 minutes early but Guards would not allow admission until the stated time but fortunately we still ended being the first served.
Approached first window to show originals of all Civil Documents and Police Clearances, I needed two sets as I an Expat in Kuwait.
Called to second window for the Oath and interview after about 10 minutes and after a few questions, mainly related to my EB5 investment, the CO advised that there was no reason not to issue the visas and we should wait a few minutes. Called up after another 7 minutes for biometrics and advised of our rights and obligations as Permanent Residents.
Advised we could collect our passports after call within a week, but it took a few days longer.
Travelling in 3 days time.
