I was called to the First window, this were the documents and questions asked:-
Marriage Certificate
Birth Certificate
Police Certificate
Passport
2by2 pic
I was asked if this was our first marriage, if we had any kids and if i have lived in any country over a year

I was later called to the Second window which was the Interview window. The questions asked:-
How did you meet your husband? (Consular wanted me to go in depth about our story)
Tell me about your husband?
When last did you see your husband?
Can i see your photos? (She looked through them and then she said we are a cute couple)
Did you read the Domestic violence pamphlet? I said yes. She asked, what did you grasp from it? I explained what I understood from the reading.
“I WILL ISSUE YOUR VISA AND ALL THE BEST IN YOUR JOURNEY” those were the consulars words

Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

The interview went pretty well from start to finish. A few questions about how I met my wife, a quick round of questions about countries where I had lived and worked, this was largely because I have lived and worked in so many countries that, I literally had to present PC's from each and everyone of them. I got approved in no time and I guess that compensates for the long periods of the agonizing wait. To everyone waiting, I say, just hang in there. Your moment is just around the corner.

The guy asked:

They did not look at the financial docs or proof of relationship. Got the approval after that.
