Interview was very quick, less than 10 questions. Officer was very nice and even told my husband that they hope to give him the visa. He was put in Administrative processing and given a paper of 10 questions that is very similar to DS5535 and told 2-6 weeks. I’m also staying here in Amman but I wasn’t allowed to enter.

My husband’s interview was fine with only 5-6 questions asked but i felt his right to having a translator present was taken away from him as there was no translator available that day and that wasn't his fault the consular was trying her best to speak what little Arabic she knows and placed my husband in AP. I hope it wasn't due to miscommunication because its not his fault. Other than that the embassy is not bad.
