Wow it was easy. total time was 1 1/2 hours and 5 mins of that time was the actual interview. first thing is they call your number to turn in all documents, second the call the your number again to submit finger prints, lastly they call your number for interview. our interview was maybe 3 mins. she ask how old is my daughter, when we get married and how long. BOOM, approved.

Got an email 4 days before the interview saying the DS-260 was missing her school info. There was no tab on our DS-260 for her to put her previous schooling. She printed the DS-260 (other version) and printed in the info to take with her. Here is her review:
Arrived an hour early, 3rd in line. Appointment set for 830. Said the consulate asked her 5 questions: where we met, places we went on dates etc. Just generic questions. Then he asked to see her ring which she didn't wear. She usually doesn't wear it because of her job so she forgot it that morning. She explained that and that was that. Overall she said it was really relaxed and more like a general conversation. After reviewing all her info: doctors notes etc. You are approved and will receive your Visa/Passport within 5 days. She said the staff was polite and that the interview was so easy it made her nervous lol. Overall a walk in the park.

It was surprisingly simple, the interview was simply a review of the documents and probably no more than five (5) questions were asked. All-in-all the interview probably lasted 10 minutes and it wasn't even in a room, it was just walking up to a counter and speaking to an official.
Take in to account, however that my wife was in the U.S. as a student for almost 6 years and there was plenty of evidence supporting our relationship.
