My husband's interview was at 9:30AM and we were out by 10:45AM. We got there at about 9:10AM.
It was super easy and quick! I only brought what the NVC letter said I should bring plus the DS-260 and a letter pack plus.
They asked him a few questions like what kind of work he does, what I do, if he has met my family before, what my parents jobs are, and our plans after we arrive in the US.

My K-1 interview was really easy and short.
I was only asked for three question.
It was related to how I met my husband, what my husband does and our life plan after I arrive at U.S.
The interviewer did not smile at all during the questions. But after finished those question, he smiled happily and congratulated me.
I think the interviewer was intentionally putting on poker face. It made me nervous a little bit during the interview.
I brought a lot of files for the interview. It was nice to prepare well. I felt really really confident.

I am posting this on behalf of my fiancee from Japan. She completed her K-1 Visa Interview 8/8/2016 Japan Time. The outcome was APPROVED!
In general, the process was quick and the staff was professional and friendly. The Interviewing Officer was thorough in his Packet Information Research and asked a couple of difficult questions regarding the timing of a couple of events. His opinion was that certain events happened too soon but there was enough evidence of a bonafide relationship and a couple of follow-up questions apparently satisfied him that it was OK to approve. As expected the interview is a stressful situation. It is absolutely required that you be well documented, well prepared and truthful in your answers.
