My husbands interview time was 7:30 a.m he arrived at 6:15 and a line had started to form. So we said a quick prayer and said our goodbyes.
He said that his first stop was to give his docs to a woman at the desk and then he was instructed to take and number and then go get finger printed.
He waited for 2 hours; then was called up by white male interviewer, he said it was went quick. He only ask for current phone records and ask 3 questions.
1. When did we meet
2. How did we meet
3. When did we decide to get married.
That's it Approved!!!

My husband made it to the embassy about 7:45 for his 8:00 appointment. He said that he got in line and showed them his interview letter and passport and they told him to go inside and and take a number. He said that they called him up to the window to turn in medical, passport pictures and to sign his police certificate and to take his fingerprints. He said that he sat back down for almost four hours before the 30ish white guy called him up to the window. He said that the interview only lasted about 5 minutes. He said that he asked him the following questions:
Who filed for him?
How did we meet?
What is my occupation and where do I work?
He asked about my previous marriages?
He asked how many children did I have and their ages?
He asked where I lived (city/state) and who stayed with me?
He asked my husband what did he admire about me?
He asked him did he have kids?
I think that's all the questions. He told my husband that ... read complete review

Fiancé Reports: He went into interview area, he sat for about an hour, then they took fingerprints he had to complete 3 forms, including one for DHL, and swear that we would not get married in Jamaica. He sat back down and waited for about two hours. There were on six people left for K-1, or CR-1 visa, so the manager called people from the back to come process the 6. The white gentleman called him to the window, and said he already went through his paperwork, so he will ask him his questions. The officer mentioned to him that his paperwork was very organized, he had no problem looking for anything. He said they both smiled at each other, fiancé still introduced himself to officer. He scanned his prints again and swore him in. The officer asked him, how we met, how did we build a relationship, how do we talk to each other, how many times have I visited, he told him I was here outside, he said officer smiled, asked where do we stay, he answered and told him my last two visits ... read complete review

With much hope and excitement we set off for the embassy around 7:20 am. We had a pre-arranged driver who was dependable so there would be no problems. (message me if you would like a referral).
We arrived around 7:45 for our 8:00 appointment. At the drop off in front of the embassy there were Security and police and lines forming to enter. A young lady in a lime green shirt was checking papers and getting some to sit and some to the short line but most of us were directed in the main line. She viewed both of our passports, pink fee receipt, Interview Letter and took our papers (DS 156, 156K, 157) and stapled two photos to the form. We waited to be called (a few at a time) to the front door by Security and then went thru security – everything in the bins (no electronics, take off belts, etc.) and thru metal detectors, collect things and out back door to the courtyard. [Note: there are many folks outside that will watch yo... read complete review
