Regular process as entering any U.S embassy, appointment letter, passport, pictures, security screening.
Police record, non-impediment, medical, birth certificate, divorce decree, anything on the checklist applicable in your case, bring copies also.
Staff were friendly, no hardball or "gotcha questions". Be advised that if you had prior dealings with the embassy then that information should be consistent and add up to what is currently being presented. They do make notes of every conversation or information from past non-immigrant application whether the visa was granted or refused. Fiance had to clear up some issues from a previous visa application.
Fiance was not required to present any additional evidence to that which was already submitted with I-129F. Hubby and daughter arrived at the consulate around 9:20 for his 9:30 Interview. He went inside and got his number. A female CO was nice enough to see him with a sleeping5 year old, ask him what number he had and clearly helped to move him up in queue. He went to the first window where he spent about 5 minutes handing over original birth cert for his daughter, police certificate and passports. He was told to sit down and listen for his name. He was called not too long after than to a different window where he was shown a pic of me (the passport sized pot that was sent in the with G-325A) and asked if that was his wife. He said YES and the interview began
1. When and how did you meet your wife?
2. How old were you?
3. How old is your wife's daughter and what is her name?
4. How old is your daughter? (the CO found it cute that both our girls are 5)
5. Has your wife ever been married? (she insisted yes even though the answer is no, but w... read complete review

I attended the interview with my fiance. Our appt was at 930 10/16 we were called on the way and were told to come in early. We got there went through lines an interviewed at 810am an was done by 930 with whole process. He was asked how we met an the rest was on me. What i do for a living am i financially stable who my step father was because he has the same last name as my fiance. Thanked me for attending because it made a difference he said. Asked when i was going back and if i wanted them (son age 7) to go back with me. He said visas will be ready 21st which they were except they had son as girl instead so it was fixed after 2hrs of waiting and we flew to usa next day with no problems.
