INTERVIEW WAS JAN 14 NOT 13
Had 7:30 appointment. Arrived at the embassy about 6:45. Got called up to the first window about 7:30 for finger-printing, police certificate, passport and photos. Sat back down for about 20 minutes before called up for the interview. A nice gentleman was at the window. First he told my wife to raise her right hand and swear and took her fingerprints, He then asked my wife who i was and who the child was and asked if i did the filing. He then said to me "Thank you sir for coming" He asked my wife the following:
*What kind of work do you do?
*How did you meet your husband?
*What date did you meet your husband?
*What made you want to marry your husband?
He then asked me:
*What type of work I do?
*How many kids I have?
*Have I ever been married?
He then asked how long I will be in Jamaica, I told him and he asked when I expect my wife to come to the US, I told ... read complete review

We had our interview on Monday in Kingston, Jamaica. There is a very HIGH volume of visa applicants but they did a great job at keeping the flow going. Our appointment was for 9am and we arrived at 7:30. Wasnt seated in the interview area until 9:30 (just from the volume of people there). We were called up and provided the requested documents then were seated. We were the last people to be interviewed! By this time, some of the stress had gone away. At 11:30am, we were called up. The Consulate immediately thanked me numerous times for coming. I was the only petitioner that day that joined their fiance/spouse. He asked when and how we met, did we keep in contact and if he had kids, been married or been off the island. He then asked my fiance to have a seat and asked me about some items on my credit report. After that, he smiled and said "Your visa is approved!". Sweetest words Ive ever heard! I told the Consulate that I was hoping that my fiance could fly back to the states with me on Ja... read complete review

I arrive at the consulate 9:15 am on June 26, 2015. check in at the gate and on the inside. I was given a number which and i had to wait for about 2 hrs then i was called to do my finger print and submit my document. I waited for 30 minutes i was called to do the interview. To my surprise i found out that i was a victim of identify theft. The interviewer ask me some question about my mother and father, which i answer promptly, then ask me question pertaining to my fiance. i was given a 221 form where i have to submit a photo ID from year 2000. overall the interviewer was quite understanding and generous.
