Was interesting!
Embassy is located right across from a very busy road. You "rent" while plastic chairs to sit on and wait for your appointment time to be called (all while sitting across the street of the 4 lane road). Alot of waiting. Our appointment was at 0830 & we left at 1130. Our police report was 2 days away from the 1 year expiration and we were told it needed to be updated before a final approval could be issued. Finally 2.5 weeks after sending in the new police report we got an approval!!

My husband's interview was June 7th at 9am. We got there too early, but it's ok. Waited until about 8:20 they called us to go in the line. They checked our document (appointment letter, ds-260 con formation, 4 passport pics (remove any staples) and passport. At about 9:05 we went thru security (note: no liquids, no lip balms, lotion, perfume, electronic devices...just don't bring it!). Got inside and was directed to be seated where people were being filed for is seated. We got inside and was given a number. Our number was called and they took our original documents (marriage certificate and birth cert) and did biometrics. We were told to listen for his name. At about 1:20 he was FINALLY called.

Our interview was set for May 26,2016 at 9:00 am. my fiance arrived at 8:30. He said everything went very smoothly. HE said that it was a lot of getting up and sitting and waiting. He had the baby so they were letting him ahead. lol
He wanted another consultant to interview him but he got the one everyone was afraid off. She was very nice to him . He was more worried about his medical. It came back fine. Even though he admitted that he used Maruyana 12 years ago. They said nothing to him about it. HE said all the paper work we gathered, facebook notes, whatsapp, phone bills, pictures they never ask for. Just tax information. They saw that he had been to the US before she had said “ did you over stay”!! he said No!!. He showed his passport she said oh I’m sorry”. They laughed. She canceled it. But she said do you know your working visa was still valid for up to 10 years!!!! He said REALLY!!! so she canceled it, We were shocked.
Then she joked with him about how we m... read complete review
