My husband’s interview appointment time was at 12:15 pm. We were on time. The interviewer asked my husband 5 questions:
1.) Have you ever been to the states 2.) Have you ever been in trouble 3.) How did you meet your wife 4.) When did you get married 5.) How many kids do you have
The interview then asked me:
1.) How many times have I been to Jamaica since meeting my husband 2.) How many kids do I have 3.) Asked for my 2019 Tax Transcripts
He said to my husband and I that, “ He was approved 🤗 pending his medicalâ€!! Asked if, “ We had any questions†and that was it.
We weren’t asked about a Public Charge form or anything. We were done by 1:00pm 🤗🥰
This was on 07/01/2020. We arrived in the states on 07/12/2020

Our interview was July 7th @ 1:45pm. We arrived at the embassy at 1:40pm. They only allowed my husband, My Stepson, and Me inside the embassy. His mom came with us but was not allowed inside for the interview.
They took us inside through security then over to the holding area. We waited for my stepson name to be called. We went to the first window where we had to sanitize our hands first. Then she asked for his Birth certificate and our marriage license. We had his original birth certificate but a copy of our marriage license 🤦ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸. The lady told us we would need to mail in the original copy of the marriage certificate 🤯 (COULD'VE DIED LOL). After speaking to her we was instructed to sit in a area off to the side from the waiting area from the interview area until called.
Then after 5 minutes we was called to come sit in the 2nd interview area. We waitied about 30 minute before we was called up to the window and sani... read complete review

My overall experience was great.
My son and i had a 9am appt. because i didnt want to stand outside and wait long i got there 10mins to 9am. Paid for parking in one of the plazas and made our way across the road to join a very short long. As is the norm the security officer belted out all the things we should not take inside with us, not even a pen, be warned!
Our confirmation page was checked and picture affixed to it. We then move to the security check point, we removed our watch, belt, and eveything from our pocket and put in the bin for scanning. we then walked through the scanner. All was well so we were told to remove our stuff from the bins and put on back our belts on the outside. Then, joined a next line in the court yard for confirmation page to be logged and we were issued a number and told to go in on the inside and sit to the far right.
We sat for about 10-15mins before we were called to the 1st window. The man on the outside of the window asked me... read complete review
