Well,
finally we got through all the mess of papers and stuff.
Ok, the first thing i had to attend, of course, it was the medical examination.
Prepare yourself to spend almost an entire day to the Varelli Institute, but at the same time it's nice, i had a great time with other applicants and we had a lot of chats
About the Embassy, what happened it's so: Friday morning at 7:20 AM i was in front of the building, i asked informations to the police and they told me we all had to wait until 8 AM before getting into the building. But at 7:30AM a cop came to me and another man and asked our passports, he took'em inside and after a couple opf minutes he got back with the passports and a ticket number.
Then he told us we had to pass the external fence and get throught the gate and wait outside until 8 AM for them to call us one by one.
It was raining so they let the little kids pass first with they're moms.... read complete review

I had heard so many horror stories about the consulate in Naples, but our process for the green card has gone INCREDIBLY smooth! The whole process has taken about three months, the people we have spoke with have been incredibly helpful, and there have been no long waits! My only complaint would be the 899 number... I spent probably fifteen euro, and never talked to a single person, but luckily calling after two o clock, I was usually able to get a hold of someone helpful, and get my questions answered.

They sure have a problem with sending the packages, but you can, and you should ask them to send you an e-mail with the attachment. There to me they were all really nice and helpful. It has been a quick and painless interview.

Well, Naples is about the dirties city in all of Italy. But, the killer pizza made the trip worth it. I have to say that everyone who was American ( including the Consulate her self) were so helpful and nice. But, the one italian woman we delt with was no jokes at all. All in all it was a much easier and painless process than I ever thought. I definetly am glad I stayed here in Italy to complete my husbands visa in Italy than deal with the rat race of the Consulate back in California. We had visa in hand by the end of the day. And it appeared that all 10 other couples/families all recieved their's too!
