I really can't complain too much because of the small amount of time it took from Directly filing the I-130 petition to getting the visa. (about 4 weeks) The system is NOT set up for people that live outside of Jakarta though. We flew back and forth 850 miles SIX times and it's impossible in Jakarta with all the grid lock traffic to make any early morning appointments. We over prepared our documents and took along way too much. Again, we can't complain however it was not a flawless process.

Got there around 7am. Still have to wait in line even though you are an immigrant applicant or have the interview scheduled already. Though, they did consider to prioritize you as well. If it's a busy day where many people are having the same interview date as you are, be prepared to wait up to 5 hours. 4 hours to wait til you're being called for fingers scanning, and up to another hour for the interview. The interview only last for 5 minutes, if things go well and all documents are complete, the CO will give you white slip with the date of which you can start picking up your visa.
ps: In my case, they didn't even bother to check out a single photo of me and my fiance, I guess I gave too much evidence docs already and they told me to put it back inside the bag when they do the document screening. :P
