Quite a long wait but other than that everything went smoothly. 7:45am appointment time took until about 10-11am to get out.
Simple questions nothing really to worry about.
Who is sponsoring you?
What is your relation to the joint sponsor?
What do you like about your spouse?
What does the sponsor's mother do?
What does the sponsor's father do?
Will you be living with the family or alone?
Simple questions like these were asked

How long is current wait time for consular interview, once your application is submitted to NVC/ approved by NVC?

The consular officer asked me how I met my fiancé. I said online through a travelling community website. He said “weirdâ€. I continued about how our conversation flowed. He said, “I’ve been doing this for a while and this doesn’t seem all that interesting... that a conversation could flow from there?â€. I froze. He went away. I stood there for 10 mins. He came back and gave me the 221g refusal with further instructions to submit documents.
