My fiance was interviewed for a total of 3 mins.
Where was your fiancee born? Germany
What is her daughter studying in school? She is in high school but wants to study Performing Arts in College.
We don't believe your relationship is real. Come back September 12th with more evidence.

My fiance's first interview was on March 04 2013. He took all his documentation in with him,our skype chats, Facebook chats, reciepts, letter, cards, phone calls, pictures and so much more. The immigration office did not look at any of his documents. He ask a few questions and then said our application was being put into administrative processing without explanation. We have been trying to reach the consulate office through phone calls and emails and have not been able to talk to no one. Can any one please tell me how long do your application stay in administrative processing.

I will say that the Embassy is improving drastically. Our journey through its doors on June 11th was flawless with less hassle. My fiancee got there at 6:45 and by 10 she was out of there with a blue Slip in her hands and was told to come back in 3 days to collect her passport with visa in. The CO was super nice and the interview was like having a conversation with a friend. There were only three questions they asked my fiancee, how did you meet, where does your fiance work and when did he propose to you and where? IT is truelly a blessing. All in all i will rate the Embassy 4.5/5 since there is always room for improvement but as it stands from the day we went in to collect the visa they have earned a nice reputation in our books.

Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

My wife and I arrived at the Embassy at 6:30am for our 7:30 appointment. There was a long line but they opened registration at 7:00am and the line moved quickly.
We were asked to provide our appointment letter and Passport. As the beneficiary, I was allowed to continue into the Embassy but my wife could not get clearance to enter until 8:30 as the American Citizen.
Once in the door, we had to deposit cellphones, keys, and metal objects into a bowl and the Guard recorded our names. Our items were put into a numbered bag and we were given a card with the bag number on it to use to claim our possessions as we were leaving.
From there, we were asked to put my wife\'s purse through a scanner and we were asked to walk through (it was just like the security check at the airport.)
We left that area and went on to a large waiting room where again we were asked to show our passports and appointment letter. We were told to sit until our name was called.
