Cr1 interview went really well today.
I got there as early as possible bcos my appointment was 7:30,but I was almost two hours early . At 6:35,we were asked to join the que and went through the security checkups.
I did my fingerprints and gave my documents to the Ghanaian lady who was very rude to me,but I didn't allow her mood to affect me anyways. I was called to window 12,and the following questions came up from the consulate:
How re you doing:
Who filed for you?
How did you meet your wife?
What do you want to be doing in the USA?
Congratulations, welcome to AMERICA'.
She didn't look at my documents and even proofs the Ghanaian lady refused to take.not even the W-2 and tax transcripts.she was so calm.
Just be confident and speak the truth.u will surely be approved in... read complete review

Brief Interview, pleasant experience doesn't mean it wasn't nerve-racking. I was shaking throughout.
Consular asked;
1. Names
2. How we met - when it got serious - when I proposed. She read through my docs and asked about the Knocking ceremony.
3. What I plan to do when I move - the best answer to that is "Get Married" - any answer besides that means you got ideas.
4. When my fiancee moved to the US
5. Where she lives.
And just like that, it was over. Said I'll hear from them in two weeks. The joy is overwhelming. Wanted to hug everyone on my way out but you have to comport yourself . lol. No nonsense environment.
ALSO - DO NOT FORGET YOUR GT-BANK RECEIPT - I left mine and had to step out to OSU for it to be reprinted. AND YOU need to write your CASE NUMBER (ACC-) on the Appointment confirmation sheet. Once you got your receipt and case number plus all required docs you are set. ... read complete review

I had my interview on the 18th of July 2019. My interview was scheduled for 8:30am.
I got to the embassy at 6:46. And about 10 minutes of waiting we were called to form a queue for security checks and all.
I got in at 7:10, showed my appointment letter to the lady at the front desk and she asked us to sit down. There were quite a lot of people there but most of them were children.
After an hour and thirty mins of waiting, I was called to window 11 where I submitted my passport, medical results, 2 passport pictures and civil documents.
She also asked me to submit proof of relationship which I submitted 3 photobooks, whatsapp chats, joint accounts, Instagram posts of wedding vendors, wedding invitation card, money transfers, Facebook chats and emails, My husbands proof of domicile (naturalization certificate and photocopy of his passport biographic page)
I asked her if I should add tax transcripts and affidavit of Support which she said no and ... read complete review
