Unfortunately slow. It took me almost 4 hours with the longest wait at the end, before the actual interview. However, this is due to the Ukraine current situation. All Ukranian refugees understandably went before other applicants.
The process was simple:
0. Leave husband at the entrance (will never know why). Pass a security control and leave phones and any electronic device.
1. Went to the "cashier" window to check I paid all the necessary fees online. Here I had to hand the officer one photograph, the confirmation of visa delivery and my passport.
2. Waited for the second call. Here, a very nice officer checked my original documents one by one and kept them. The only question I got from him was whether I knew what kind of work contract my husband has in the US. After that he explained to me the important details to have in mind once I got my visa and green card, and the next steps I would have to take.
3. Waited endlessly for the third call,... read complete review

My interview was at 8.30 a.m. I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment to a long line infront of the consulate but it was moving fast.
It was 8.30 a.m. when I reached the counter on the left side in the front of the building. There I had to present my passport and ceac document.
A lady put remarks onto my passport and gave me a waiting number and told me to go to counter no 22. Then I waited to go to the counter on the right side where I was asked to switch off my cell phone and then I went into the building through the security and handed them my phone in exchange for a number for my items that were kept in a basket for me. Everybody so far was very friendly and professional.
I then walked into another building and went to counter 22. The gentleman had my file and put my passport on top of the file and handed it to an other officer.
I had to wait for my number to come up on the display and then went to speak to a lady who asked me general question... read complete review

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my interview at 7:30 arrived at 7:15 and was done with everything at 8:20.
All my documents where in order. The only paper they requested was a copy of my I-407 (since I had a previous green card).
As for the questions:
-how and where did you meet your fiancé?
-so he was stationed in Germany?
-is he still in the military?
-what does he do now for a living?
-what do I wanna do work wise once I get to the stats?
-when was the last time we’ve seen each other in person?
-how often do we keep in touch?
-have either of us been married before?
-does either of us have kids?
-where in the us will I move too and when?
-what plans we have for our wedding?
