Interview was no problem. Three questions, ready to go.
Note: if you are the US spouse accompanying, you will be made to wait outside, and you will have nowhere to sit. You may also be harassed by guards who have nothing to do.

My fiance went to the interview in the Morning;
The consular was very friendly and asked her several questions about how we met, where i live in the USA , where i work, how many brothers and sisters i have and if she was aware if i had filed any K1 visa ( My fiance' was about me filing for someone else and cancelling the petition because things did not go well as i had hoped in the relationship)
The interview took 3hours but after that she was verbally informed that she had done well in the interview. Even though she was given a 221G form and asked for additional documents ( USTRAVELDOCS address confirmation page + passport) she was informed that as soon as she sent them, she would get her visa and travel packet
Overall the interview went well partly because she had been preparing for one whole month for the interview but the consular was also very friendly too.

Husband said the interviewer only asked two questions (where did you meet your wife/how long have you known each other). He received a 221 (g) because he was missing a document proving he's never been in the army. Anyway, the document was submitted a few days later on a Monday and the visa was issued on a Friday, so it only took 5 days!!!

Interview went fairly quick, was asked to sign paperwork that I submitted, then was told to have a seat, after few minutes was called again to sign few other forms and then to go to the next window to see the Consular. He didn't look at any pictures or supporting documentation, just asked few questions about when we met, how long have we known each other and when we were planning to get married. After these questions he smiled and said I would have my passport delivered home in few days.

Our interview was November 30th in Tbilisi Georgia. When we arrived at the consulate there was NOONE else there! We entered a small building where they screened my purse and all our documents and of course us too. Then we were asked to leave that building and walk down a sidewalk to another building. When we got in there there was one other guy sitting in the lounge waiting. He was called up within minutes to a window to show all of his documents. We were then called up to that window to present all of our documents. Then we were asked to have a seat and wait for the interviewer to call us back up. We sat and looked through all of our picture albums and recalled all of the fun experiences we have shared over the past 2 years. I had my head resting on his shoulder (snuggled up) and I could see the interviewer keep walking by peeking at us behind the windows. I think this showed him that we truely had a connection too.
Then we were called up to a different window after ab... read complete review
