I arrived at the Consulate about 15 minutes before 1pm which was the time of my interview. Got in after going through security who retained my phone and liquids.
I took a ticket corresponding to my type of petition and was the second one in line. Around 10 to 15 minutes later I was called to a first window where I presented my documents as well as the Chronopost envelope. I was then asked to sit and was called again about 10 minutes later for a review of other elements and fingerprints. I was then told I will be called by the Consular Officer for questioning.
Less that 10 minutes later I was facing a very nice and smiling lady who asked me how my wife and I met. I explained in details how we met and how our relationship evolved. After typing a few things on the computer, she told me it was all good to her and that my green card is granted. I was then free to go.

Arrived at 12:30 and we were let in to the waiting room right away and didn't have to wait outside, we got the 102 number so we weren't first. Other reviews had mentioned that they don't let you in before 12:35 at the earliest, but maybe they did because it was raining.
When the windows "open" and you're called up the first time, they take your appointment letter and tell you to sit back down. Then the "files" were divided between 3 employees, at 3 different windows. Which means numbers don't necessarily get called in the right order.
When we got called the second time, the employee looked at our documents (that's when you give new versions if you have them), took the prints, ID photos, and gave you some information about what happens if we're approved. That's also were she took the Chronopost envelope. (2kg is the right size, you can save time by removing the padding and filling in your address before going to the embassy).

I arrived around 12.20 and the interview was at 1pm. The guard outside called me around 12.45 (I was asked to wait in the other side of the road from the consulate in Avenue Gabriel). After the security I waited for 20 min until I was asked to show my passport and letter for the interview. After a little more waiting I was called to give all the documents to a portuguese speaking consulate worker. After that waited for 20-30 min more and the consul asked me about my fiancée and I told her how we met and all the important steps of our relationship. She asked me for how long my fiancée has been divorced and for how many times I went to visit her, long I've stayed in the US and when did she visited me in Portugal.
I had some medical exams pending so my visa process was suspended until they receive the exams but the consul congratulate me for the interview and wished all the luck in the US.
