My wife interview was awesome. The embassey in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia was full of great people with wonderful smiles. The interviewer ask my wife a lot of question (because we never met in person),and smiled a lot during her response. They talked so much, they were laughing and joking for 45 minutes. When looking at our e-mails, he was shocked we were very naughty...lol. After explaining my c4/c5 spinal cord injury (the reason I haven't traveled to Ethiopia), he said congrates and please enjoy your journey, YOUR APPROVED!!!!
Thank you Jesus!! Jesus turned every no into a yes. If anybody need help, please contact me. I am willing to help anybody.

The U.S. embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia is the best. My fiance had her interview today on Dec 13, 2012. She said all the staffs were very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was asked only four question. How did we meet?. what is my occupation in the U.S. ? Name of state and city I reside in ? why did we not married in Ethiopian, and decided to file for K-visa route instead ? my full name ? Finally, the Consulate officer asked for our photos and said congratulation I have approved your K-1 visa petition and you can come back on thursday December 20, 2012 to pick your passport with visa up.

I can say my interview was the most shortest one. The security let us in the interview building at 8Am and I was done by 9am!!! I had a lot of prints of our emails and skype and others but mostly those and the CO said me and my fiancee talk so much so I didn\'t have to show other evidences just pictures and those.
Interview questions: - How do you two meet?
- Have she ever been in Africa before?
- How long did she stay when she come and visit you?
- WHY did you guys decide to have the wedding in the US
- Where is this place(in the picture?)
- Who\'s she?(in the picture... my mom and my fiancee)
- What\'s the name of your fiancee\'s mother name?
And the she started typing on the computer and told me to hold on for a sec and grabbed a white paper(visa ... read complete review

My husbands interview went well he was called up to the window, asked 6 questions, the officer asked for our pictures, then she asked him to call me up tothe window, and she said congrats your husbands visa has been approved! God is good! The staff were awesome, we had good experience!

Wife said interview lasted about 10 min but was in the embassy for 6 hours due to lot of people and Prime Minster death had something to do with it. They did not ask to see any documents although she was well prepared. They only asked 4 questions of her. Where did we meet? How did we meet? My daughter age? and How long we been married? I give the embassy a 4 due to the long wait because of people waiting for interview.
