Glad this is over, it takes a longer time to get everything from NVC to El Salvador but overall the experience was good.

My husband interview was october 14 2015 at 9am he arrived at the consular at 8:40am
And got out at 9:30am it was fast and easy they just ask him general questions where he lives how many kids we have and he was approved he received his passport visa october 27 2015 my husband said theyre where nice and friendly 😊😊😊😊🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I emailed in advanced to ask if I could attend my fiance interview, they said I could enter but then when we arrived they would not let me in. Aside from that everything was okay. Visa approved, they were polite (says my fiance) and efficient. This Embassy has greatly improved over the last year, it's now only one interview not two and things are a lot smoother. Make sure to EMAIL for packet 3/4 if you wait for the mail you will never have an interview, also just schedule the interview online.
