My husband originally had his interview scheduled for May 23rd but it was rescheduled for May 30th because of the elections. He arrived around 7:30 am to the appointment. He told me that the consul that he had was very friendly and she asked many basic questions. He was approved with no admin review and was told he would get his visa within 2 weeks time He had a feeling he would get the visa when they had him pay for DHL before the interview. Anyways, we received the visa package by DHL yesterday June 5th.

Rezq went into the interview after waiting for four hours. The woman asked him only a few questions. How did you meet your fiance? How long did she stay here in Egypt? Why did she stay only four days? Why did you not get married here when she came instead of doing fiance visa? Why was your party smaller and not large? She then handed Rezq his passport back without visa and a piece of paper. He asks, "Where is my Visa?" She then replies, "Make sure you read this paper very carefully." Interview lasted only about 4 minutes. Rezq said the interview went well. Paper was explaining that they were still processing our Visa and were putting it under Administrative Review and to check the website provided in a week to see where our case was. Today 4/1/2012 the American Embassy called Rezq and told him, "We are done processing your Visa, you are approved. Send us your passport through DHL." So Rezq did just that! So excited!!

Salam Alikom everyone , I just wanted to share my hard experience , it might be useful for some people who had or having the same one
My interview was set on Dec,2011 , I appeared at the embassy for my interview with all the Evidence they might ask me to show " photo Album , hundreds of Chats , Phone cards , Western union Receipts , cards " and I was ready for any Questions they might ask me about our Relationship and anything includes my wife's life , but since I have been to the USA twice , and I applied at an immigration attorney for extension of my visa , that made them suspect me .
the interview Kept asking me about that immigration attorney thing and how do i know the person I put his name as the sponsor " My cousin and his american wife " , and she didn't ask me to show any Evidence of what I brought to the interview .. then , she handled me a piece of paper which says " Section 221(g) " >> " your case is being Referred to the Fraud prevention unit for in... read complete review

alrite thanks for all VJ members first of all for all the help and the info we got from here. our day was bit long but was successful it was smooth interview the worst thing is the waiting for the actual interview which took only 5 mins but waited for 5 hours. first i handed my original documents to Egyptian guy then i waited for the interview it was american Indian woman who said swear everything in the file is the truth and nothing but the truth then the questions were have u ever been to the u.s? have u resided anywhere out of Egypt? how did u meet your fiancee? how old are u? how old is she? she asked to see our pics... then she said i cant see a problem in your case you are approved and u should your visa in 2 weeks.
