THey pretty much asked him 25 mins about me and if I have been married previously (up to 5 times). Overall, 1.5 hours, fiance went with a folder full of supporting documents, all which were not even looked at.

I live in the United State of America while at the mean time I am a Green Card Holder. I got married to my cousin and our marriage took place in Libya. I visited my husband in Libya and we enjoyed our time together, and then I traveled back to USA because I was a student at California State University and I had classes to attend so I can graduate. At the same, I am a very hard working women who lives her life independently and it was very difficult decision to make by deciding to live in Libya with my husband and losing my Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. However, I made the decision to get my degree and continue to work. Hello every one
I like to share my experience as it was very helpful to read all the reviews here

we as at Cairo embassy 7:30 line was already formed and we waited till we got to the door as line was moving in acceptable speed (there was two lines one for immigration and one for others)
we did not see the need to be super early and as other said stay on the other side of street and run when they call for the line !!
most important to have ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS and they will ask for the shipping/carrier document your photos and ask to leave any electronic device outside of the embassy (power bank, cable, USB drive ...)
we got in and have been searched
then you go down to another big room, you get number and wait
you will be called for first time
asked a couple of questions (how did we meet, how long have been married)
will ask your for documents if needed (if they emailed you about missing document before the intervie... read complete review
