We notified a week before the interview. He quickly got the medical exam however the results were promised but not delivered in time for interview. So right now still not eligible until medical results.

All was perfect. They saw we had a child together with 2 plus years married and 4 plus years together so no questions asked. In and out in about 10 mins

These people are very judgemental and full of doubts. So go with all the evidence and truth. Build a solid case and you should be fine. They suspected fraud because of the age gap and that we met online. But since it was far from being a fake relationship 2hrs of intensive interview questioning we got approved for a K1.
