I was the first one to get in the embassy for the interview. As soon as I got there I presented my documents to an officer who checked them. For my surprise, I missed two translated documents. Then, I was told to send it through mail to the embassy's address. This was the first step and I was told to wait to be called by a second officer who would conduce my interview. I had to wait for around 20 to 40 minutes until the interviewer called me. The interview itself was very simple. I was asked some general questions, such as "how did you meet your ficancee?", "how long are you together?", "with how frequency do you meet your fiancee?", "what is her name and profession?". It took me not more than 10 minutes to get done and receive the parcial approval (with the condition of sending the missed documents to the embassy). Left my passport there and headed to Denmark. On the same day, I sent the documents through mail to the embassy. They received it on the next second business day and the st... read complete review

The interview was somewhat quick. But its still took like 3 hours before I was out because of all the waiting time. After security, you go in and sit in the immigration line. Thereafter the first window lady you talk with is the one who you give all the required documents from p3 checklist to. She also asked a few questions, like when and where we met and when we started dating. Make sure to have all the right papers ready from the p3 and just hand them in the order she asks for them, then she is happy.
Then the next window is fingerprints and more questions about how and when we met, when we got in a relationship, what is his work and what we did on his trip to Denmark, I didn´t actually hand or show her any papers. And then the interview was ended by the CO saying, congratulations you are approved! :D And she handed back all original documents and evidence of the relationship.

Just a note - I am writing this on account of my wife. My wife is a Danish citizen and she had her CR-1 immigration interview in Stockholm on January 29, 2019 at 8:00am. She arrived at the embassy at about 7:30am and stood in the immigration applicant line. The embassy opens right at 8am, and she was helped immediately. She eventually got to window 7 for her interview and the consulate officer was extremely friendly. They collected her documents and told her that everything looks great, except for one thing: her Danish birth certificate didn't have a government official's signature, so she would have to procure a new one. They told her that they couldn't issue the visa right away, but if she uploads a copy of the new birth certificate to the CEAC and mails the original copy to their office, they can approve her visa application and issue it. On Feb 1st she uploaded the document to the CEAC and mailed it to the Stockholm Embassy. They sent us an email confirmation of the uploaded docume... read complete review

Interview took 5 minutes. Unfortunate that a round trip ticket from Copenhagen to Stockholm was required, but at least the interview was easy with the right preparation.

I was there 08:00 and got it 15 min after.
I was the first in line and only in line at the time.
I went to all the security stuff. WOW it´s a big Embassy!!
I came inside and went to the window, at that time i was thinking "all is fine, i have all my papers"
I was then asked for:
Passport
MC
BC his and her (And there was the problem.)
Chat log
Pictures
JS AOS and financial papers
Military Papers
Waiver of old GC
As i said, BC (My bc) was the problem, i somehow left it at home, with some other papers in a "backup" folder.
So i was told to sit back down, they looked over my papers and called me back to another window.
Here i got my fingerprints taken and was asked:
Where did you meet your wife?
Why was she in Denmark?
What does she do for living?
What will you do for living?
What about your k... read complete review
