We had a very relaxed and engaged interview, the COs were pleasant and even laughed with us, we didn't have any grilling at all. My husband commented that he didn't know if that was his interview or just a basic conversation. It took appx. 3 hours from start to finish including wait time because they had to look up information and do some calculations on the income issue. While waiting I enjoyed or should i say subjected to watching American Military television including a totally inappropriate "Lady Gaga" tribute on MTV Hits. But it's done and we pick up our visa on Monday afternoon

The Consulate was extremely quick to reply to all of our emails. For the most part, everyone was kind including the guards, staff who answered the phone and the CO. She was at times a little stern, but I guess that's her job and even though she gave us AP after a 3 1/2 hour interview, we received a phone call 6 days later letting us know we were approved! Happy ending to what could have been a very difficult situation!

All went well. At security they took all of my fiance's paperwork apart and disorganized it. And then it was the waiting game. But in the end the person who did the interview was nice and approved it after just a few questions.
