VISA APROBADA!!

My fiance had to get three vaccinations before the interview, that's OK, I guess. We arrived at the embassy at 5 til 7 in the morning. We waited about two hours before Lina was called up to window 29 and they reviewed our paperwork. Everything was there so we were sent to window 2 for her fingerprints. We waited 15 minutes for that and then we waited for her interview. Two hours later, Lina was called up to window 4. They asked her some questions about how we met and where and when I proposed to her and then they asked me the same questions, alone, to see if our answers matched, I guess. Well they matched and she was approved. We left the embassy at 12:45 and received our visa three days later at the Domesa delivery office. We are now back in Orlando and are planning on getting married Friday, June 12th, 2009. Keep the faith and good luck to everyone.

English Version:
1. We arrived at the embassy at 6:45 (our appointment was at 7:00). We waited in line # 3 as I had learned from other VJ members. We waited for about 5 minutes outside and we were given a green sticker with a number 40 on it. We were asked to go in and go to Point 40 against the wall in the far right.
2. At around 8:00 we finally reached our spot on the line and we were handed a folder with instructions on how to organize our documents. Since we had sent 95% of the documents for the application process all we placed on the folder was her passport, medical exams and pictures.
3. At around 9:45 my wife was called to window 23 where she was asked basic questions such as her address, mother's name, my address and such. The process took approximately 15 minutes but only because the rep couldn't find the Police report. After all the questions were asked, we were told to go to window 1-6 and wait.
4. At around 11:00 ... read complete review
