Hello, can you please explain to us the next step in our visa process, the consulate took lilianas passport and documents, she was told that it will be mailed out i 5 days and ready for pick p, but was not aproved at that time. we dont know what to do now? we wish we could have a answer of some sort, so we can proceed. thank you

Had our immigration visa interview on April 1st, 2019.
Overall the experience was very fast.They asked general questions about my job title and my wife about our marriage.
The interviewer was professional but a little rude.
Arrived at 8 am and didn’t leave until 3pm. There were a LOT of people... especially for tourist visas.
We were approved! And the visa was ready to be picked up at the biometric center the next day. (Though you need to make an appointment ahead of time.
