CO was very nice and friendly, asked all kinds of questions, where, when and how we met, if we had met each other's families, how many times have we seen each other, how do we communicate, then asked to see all evidence, took his time seeing every picture, e-mail and chat, then visa was approved.
Picked up visa 48 hours later, there were no problems and visa was issued right away.

Interview was on September 6, 2007.
Paperwork was complete and reviwed by a lady in Window 30. Everything was efficient and fast UP UNTIL to wait for the interview. The arrival time inside the embassy does not correspond to the time you get called to the windows.
We were inside the embassy since 7:00 am and did not get to the interview until 1:00 pm. We were approved, but our interview took all 50 minutes. It was a very stressful situation and I'm glad that is over.
The hassle factor was high only at the interview, all process before this were fast and efficient.

I am so sorry it took all this time to post our Consulate review.
My wife and her child arrived in Bogota on a Monday , had the doctor's appoinment on Wednesday and the most anticipated day, the interview on a Friday.
They arrived at 6AM and were let in at 7AM.
At the line, there are reps from the embassy dividing the lines from tourist visas petitioners and second line for others. She had a sticker that will defirentiate as a K3 visa petitioner. She was called to a window where a lady with not the best attitude ask her for her documents and gave her a negative response about the petition in a way to scare her away.
When she was called for the second time to see another consul she was asked for proof of relationship such as pictures and letters. She did not stay for too long at the interview and was aproved immediately.
The bad thing about this experience was that she had to stay in Bogota until Monday to pick up their passports.
