Review Topic: K1 Visa

The lady that interviewed Karol was very nice and professional; however, she was not convinced of our relationship and kindly requested my appearance. So I showed up one week later and after a few questions with the same lady, she approved the visa. Even though the visa was not approved the first time, the lady was very nice both with Karol and I.

Very professional and very quick once we were called. It was an all day process awaiting our turn, but when finally called, four questions and approval.

Review Topic: K1 Visa

Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

2/14/08

Really Visa's were for CR2. USC wife petitioning the kids on behalf of the father. Children were 16 and 11. They asked no questions at all of the kids. the main questions were in relation to the relationship between the dad and I ( I'm the uSC ). Emailed embassy a week before interview and was told to bring proof of the step parent relationship. I visited in January and we had photos of me and the kids in Santa Fe only picture they looked at. Over in less than 3 hours. Window interview was 10 minutes tops. Tooks 1 week and a day to get the visa in Periria ( sp ). Received the visas on Friday 2/22/08. PM me if you have just kids going for a more detailed explanation of what we went through to get them the interview.
