Brief overview:
- Consulate contacted Hui by phone just after submitting P-3, concerning an e-mail I sent to change her e-mail address. I spoke to the lady on the phone, and explained the change. Then Hui was asked if we were already married (since I was here), of course no... Then the lady informed me that our interview was scheduled on Dec 3, and packet 4 would arrive soon. (very nice on the phone, and very helpful!)
- I attended citizens hour on Monday before the interview. All of my concerns were addressed and all questions answered. Blunt, but answered. The lady I talked with told me that our differing languages would be a problem...
- December 3, Interview:
-- The entry to building was similar to all other reviews, so I will not bore you.
-- She entered about 7:45, and exited about 12:40. She had a smile, subdued, but a smile. She had received a white paper called a "Call-In Letter", simply requiring CORRECTLY notarized ... read complete review

I have some simple issues with my K-1 visa proceedings, and also I was seeking out more detailed information with regards what to do next.
I am a petitioner, my fiance is beneficiary, I live in LA California, she lives in Guangzhou, China.
Basically, it has become apparent our case got stuck somewhere after NOA2 when it got sent to the consulate. In addition my fiance changed her adress around the time when the case was forwarded from USCIS to the consulate.
My issues were / still are as follows:
1. Case is not being processed in expected time.
2. Change of address
3. looking for specific info about how to fullfill the K1 P3 requirements, specifically in our case, notarial birth certificate.
I made about 10 phone calls to the GZ consulate, which were useless, person on the phone was completely useless and just referred me to the website e-mail and/or fax. Sent 3-4 e-mails as told to, received a co... read complete review
