We were in the line outside the consulate at 6:50 am and through the first check point (3rd floor) about 8:15. After that I could not accompany my wife and step-son. They were finished a little before 11:00 am. Their "interview" took no more than 5 minutes. Appt letter said 7am appt but did not even get off street until 8am.
When my wife actually had her interview approx. 11am, it was very fast; just " are you Ccp?" And " how did you meet husband?"
Passed her and gave her the $165 payment slip within 1 minute.
I actually got to shake hands with the CO Bec he was heading to lunch with some other CO's after he passed my wife.
I paid theb$165 withi. 10 minutes at a local Internet provider!
