First, the forms and instruction package are not updated. The fees on the instruction package did not represent the recent changes, which was very mis leading.
Secondly, communicating with the embassy was not very easy. My fiance was asked one question during his interview and was placed on AP for 8 weeks. The reason for AP was to validate documents submitted at the embassy during the interview.
A small name spelling error was made on the visa though that was not a big problem.

I had a difficult time getting packet 3 and also scheduling visa interview appointment. You need to insist by calling over and over. They never replied any of my emails. Making multiple calls was the way out. They promised to call us back several times but never did.
This embassy was quite simply during the interview itself. My fiancée was ask just 4 questions
1.How did your fiancé travel to the US?
2.How long has he lived in US?
3.When is the last time he visited you in Cameroon?
4. Where does he live in the US?
The CO then asked her to bring a second copy of DS-156 the next day at 1pm, we forgot to make an additional copy of this document. Upon submission of a second copy of DS-156, her visa was approved

When my fiance came to the embassy 3 individuals greeted her. The first person asked for the papers 156; 156k and 157, made verification and took the passport pics also asked for visa money. After this she was asked to have a seat and wait.
Next the other person asked for all the other papers affidavit of support, letter from my job and last 3 pay checks etc and other documents like e mail , chat, finger prints, income taxes( I had transcripts) pics me and her. Also they did not want to see the phone bills. Then she had to wait while they made verifications
After waiting awhile an american came and introduced his self to her and asked to come with him and the interview went like this. He asked her was this the first time for her to get married. He ask her was this my first marriage. His n... read complete review

This embassy was very easy to navigate through. My fiance was out of the country on business when the embassy tried to contact him to pick of the package 3, so they emailed me and I was able to relay the message to him. After returning to Cameroon he was able to go to the embassy and pick up the documents. He then began his medicals. After the medical was complete, he was able to schedule his appointment for his interview. The first date was automatically generated, then he recieved an email of the actual date.
He reported to the interview ahead of the appointment time, he was called back right away and the interviewer reviewed our pictures and then only asked him one question, How did we meet? He answered. The interviewer responded, Visa approved!!!
