My appointment was at 2pm and I was allowed into the embassy at 1:45pm. First the guards checked my appointment letter then scanned my body and allowed me to continue to the security check inside the embassy. The people there were very nice and I got through easily (phones are allowed inside).
After waiting for a little while my number showed up on the screen and I went to the counter and submitted the civil and financial documentation alongside having my fingerprints taken. Meanwhile I had a conversation with this guy in Dutch and he was very friendly throughout all of it. I was then told to sit back into the waiting room and wait to be called for my interview. The interviewer spoke English to me and got me to take an oath before starting. He then asked me a few questions (seemed more like a conversation to be honest) and told me I was approved. I got an interview very quickly after my medical so very short wait time here. I arrived 15 minutes early then had to wait outside, when I was called in I had to go trough security and leave my bag behind. After that the process was pretty quick and everyone was very friendly it really helped with stress.

A couple of comments
-Phones are allowed to go in the embassy.
-Be prepared to wait a couple of hours if you're not the first person inside.
-Very easy and smooth proces.
I had my appointment at 14:00, I got there at 13:30 but had to wait until 13:45 to go in. We were one of the first people there, but a lot of people were closer to the gate so they were inside first once everyone was allowed to go in. I had to leave my bag at security, but could keep my phone, book, wallet and documents with me. Then I had to take a ticket, and wait for my turn. Once it was my turn I had to go to a window, and hand over all my documents and have my fingerprints taken. Then I had to go sit down again and wait for the interview: A LONG WAIT, so be prepared for that. Once it was my turn for the interview, it was very quick. He asked me some general questions:
-how did you meet? When was it?
-How much do you talk?
-How did the proposal go?

Everything went smoothly.
I had to submit the correct sponsor document. I did the next day and got approved.
The officers were really nice !

Very easy process, make am appointment when you have all your paperwork.
You will first go to the first window, where you hand over all your paperwork. They have your file, so they just add everything to it.
Then you go to the second window and have the interview. Very friendly, very easy, didn't take too long.
Passport delivered by courier, several days later.
