Thank you my VJ family! I got approved as well. It was really easy and super fast. No extra pics, no kind of evidence... I came 30 minutes too early and they told me to get a coffe and come back again, lol.. The lady just asked me 5 questions:
When did you get married? Do you know your husbands parents? Where will you live in the US? Where does your husband work?
Since when are you 2 together? So, when I told her that we met 4 years ago on an tropical island and fell in love right away and that we spent the best 2 days together then, she smiled and said "That's so romantic!" And I was approved right away, haha...
I'll get a call tomorrow and can pick up my visa anytime...

the actual interview lasted maybe 10min and consisted of very typical, easy questions like
How did you meet your husband?
When did you get married?
Were any of his family members part of the wedding?
What does your husband do right now? School, job etc
While I answered the questions, the consular officer seemed to be taking notes in the computer.
I was asked to bring my husband´s most recent tax return papers to the interview, but I didn´t realized that some pages were missing. I freaked out, but they still let me do the actual interview and gave me a fax number so my husband could fax the missing papers. I got a call from them early next day saying they received my papers and asking me to come in this afternoon to pick up my visa.
Overall, it was very easygoing and the consulate staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing to worry about!

I was there for only 1 hour
They were picky about the photos
The consule was the nicest guy ever, asked about how we met, how I proposed and didn't ask for any evidence for ongoing relationship.
No problems at all
They like it when you bring a perfect application with everything filled out and no open questions about anything. of course
