Embassy is well organized. Short wait outside for the guard to check names. Pleasant lady who takes fingerprints and forms. Interview was quick and CO was very serious, but respectful. Started a little bit harsh with a mean remark, but changed to a nicer tone towards the end. He only asked basic questions and nothing tricky. He kept all relationship evidence. CO did not give any info at the end of the interview and just handed the blue slip with box marked for administrative processing (quite common for Iranians who need to go through security checks). He did not state if visa was approved, not even after he was specifically asked, which is frustrating. There could be different reasons for AP, sometimes CO needs more time to review/approve. Still waiting for AP to be completed, hopefully in a positive way!

Arrived at the Embassy 20 minutes as requested on the invitation letter. There was a long line to enter the Embassy which is where I spend most of my time waiting. I checked in and went through security. The process was simple with meeting the CO. He asked a couple of questions and then stated I was approved. The visa was ready 5 days later.

Waited for the interview for an hour. After calling her name, they collected all the required documents and returned all the extra documents such as evidence and etc.. Questions asked during interview:

When was the last time you have seen your fiance? Where?
What does your fiance do? Where does he work? Where does he live?
Where did he graduate from? Where does his parents live? Do they live together?
Do you have relatives in US? Where do they live? Do they know each other?

They told her they will call her within 10 days. After 3 days they called her and gave her passport back with K1 visa stamped. They also explained her that she has to marry me within 90 days otherwise her visa will expire once she enters the US.

Overall it went very smooth, the consulate was very nice and friendly.

My interview went really well.
Needless to say, I had all the required documents and forms, also a lot of proof of relationship (FB & Skype conversations, letters, cards, pictures). I cannot think of all the questions I was asked, but the guy interviewing me was very nice, pleasant and professional. At no point did it feel like an interrogation or intrusion into my personal life. Some questions that he asked were;
How did you meet?
Has he met your family?
Have you meet his family?
When did he propose?
When and where do you intend to get married?
I wish I could remember more questions, but I don\\\'t. I was approved, but my passport was handed back to me (they requested a new picture). This delayed my visa for 2 weeks, but everything eventually worked out.
This was my 3rd interview at the USA embassy in Armenia, and every time they have been sincere and respectful.
