Consulate called a few days before the interview and requested my fiance to bring a notarized and translated name change form. We submitted this during the initial I129F, but we only submitted an updated and not translated form after receiving packet 3. The Tirana embassy website said we didn't need to get any civil documents translated into English that were officially issued by Albanian authorities. All this to say we were really grateful they gave us a heads up to bring in this form prior to the interview, avoiding a 221g.
The interview was very easy. She brought in proof of interview payment, updated relationship proof, receipts of judical records from the post, copy of NOA2, the email from the consulate (packet 4), the instructions page for the interview, a copy of the DS160 confirmation, and the requested name change form.

they took his fingerprints, reviewed his documents, the interview lasted less than 5 mins. He took a folder with copies of all the documents submitted but they didn't need it. The only paperwork they asked for was updated chats / proof of relationship. Interviewer asked questions like how did you first meet, when did you meet in person, what does your fiancee do for work, where were her born. He was at the embassy for a total of 3 hours.
