Hi my name is Atifa and I m petitioner for my spouse I filed I-130 forms on July and my baby born in USA on February .. I want to inform the USCIS but I don’t how and which form should I or do I need to any action ??And I m going to go visit my husband in Afghanistan soon I so confused

everything went well, they asked me simple questions. after that they handed me a yellow slip that said they were waiting for my medical results , but the thing is i took my medical a month before my interview wasnt that enough time for my results to come in ? just weird. anyway they took my passport .

i dont know how long i have to wait. but we are put in administrative processing.javascript:emoticon('')javascript:emoticon('') they didnt give me an amount of time as to how long i have to wait.

Very poor and not professional in any matter! My fiance went for the interview for K1 visa at the end of the interview they handed him a refusal code to do with a work visa. Then when I contacted Dept of State the lady said that it was placed into AP Administrative process. I have noted that nearly 13 others have been placed into AP and only one couple so far has received a visa. As far as marriage based K3 nobody has received a visa for years. I checked this on the visa timelines.

US Kabul Embassy interview was a disaster. They handed him a refusal marked with a refusal not even to do with a K1 visa. The refusal was for a work visa hmmm. Then when I called to check they said it was in administrative review.
