  1. Done with the Interview. It went really fast, was done with everything after like 10 minutes. She said it will take a few weeks before they'll mail me my the information for the Oath Ceremony.
  2. Hi, I've got an email this morning from USCIS saying "We have taken an action on your case, sign in to your account to view your case status". First I thought I got the Interview date wrong and paniced, but it is still listed for tomorrow, and nothing has changed in my case status online. Everything looks the same since they sent my Interview letter out early August. Is it normal that the case gets "touched" the day before the Interview? I'm already a nerve wrack scared about tomorrow, and that just freaked me out for a hot second. Thanks!
  3. No, they only ask if you paid taxes. but not a word about submitting transcripts. And unless stated in the letter, they don't ask for it at the interview either.
  4. Just got the email that action has been taken. Interview 9/24... guess it's time to study those questions.
  5. Hi! 1. Pro for the 5 years, it's less "paper work", due to proofing things about your marriage if you do the 3 years. 2. No one asks about the tax transcripts anymore. 3. I just attached my current green card, and my marriage certificat as evidence of name change, that's it. If you ever got a traffic ticket, you have to attach the proof that you paid for it, I think. And if you pay child support, you have to show proof of that. Good luck! I went with 5 years, even I got my GC based on marriage 15 years ago, and just left the US once in the past 5 years.
  6. Hi everyone! Submitted my N400 online just a little over 2 weeks ago (7/10), and went to the Field Office (Cleveland) today to have my Biometrics retaken (last one were from 2011). Lets hope everything moves smoothly from here on, and get done in no time. Fingers crossed.
