As per the USCIS website my I129 (H1B) was filled on 7th october 2010. I was looking at the USCIS case status update. I found something very weird. In most of the cases having receipt number near to mine the decision has been made. But all the cases where still the status is "initial review" the date of submission is 7th of October same as mine. for e.g. EAC1100550221, EAC1100551218, EAC1100551217 and many more. Does anybody have a idea what can be wrong in this.
