Same thing happened to me! I emailed to see if it was received and to change my fiance's address, and they informed me they had mailed packet 3 yesterday, and attached the letter. Does anyone know if I need to wait for packet 3 to actually come in the mail, or can I send back the forms listed on the website right away (DS-230, checklist, two photos, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-160)?
I also had a quick additional question. It says on the consulate website to include two photos, and the DS-156 also has a space where photos should be attached. So should we be putting 4 total photos in our paperwork to send back, or only 2?
I would love to get these out ASAP I just want to make sure I am doing things correctly. Thanks for the help!
