I read the I-130 FAQ, but didn't find an answer to this question:
My question is about an I-130 that's been approved, but a condition changed.
My wife's son, who lives in China, has been approved to apply for a visa.
Now he can fill out the DS-260 and submit his documentation to apply for a visa.
But a couple of years ago, he got married.
Does the marriage invalidate his I-130?
