Just got a call from my congressmans office, they were told that my case is now waiting for the 1-130 supervisor and that i should have an answer in less than 60 days. Has anyone heard anything similar or have any idea what this means? cause I dont. Is the supervisor the one who has the final decision on approvals?

I got the "Garza" email this morning too. Let's see what happens??? I also emailed Barbara and Denise yesterday, no response yet.

I just sent the email to tsc, hope it works!!! Seems like thats whats working, hope officer Garza doesnt leave for vacation the next couple of weeks lol

I got this same exact email, My case had not been "touched" since my NOA1 in July. "Initial Review" though hope it doesnt mean its gonna be a little longer wait. The good thing is that we are finally seeing activity from TSC. I dont want to get too excited yet.

I had this same exact question!! Im still a little nervous though. Thanks for the response skynaut. I actually just registered at USCIS to get emails or texts so i dont even know if my application ever even got "touched", just got a transfer notice dated 11/2/10.
