I called on Monday and was told that he never paid the Visa Fee at the Bank Popular. That is why they said his visa was delayed. This was not true, he did pay the fee and gave the girl that collected the info the receipt. I dont know if she lost her copy or did not make a copy of it so he had to fax her the receipt and they approved his visa and he picked it up Tues morning and flewout Tues even
