Called Visa specialist yet again today and this guy tells me it could take anywhere from 30 to 60 days for NVC to receive my petition!!! Are you serious??!!

Received NOA2 by mail on Friday, called NVC petition has yet to be received...

so today back home my sister in law tells me I got a letter from USCIS in response to my change of address from Feb. 19 talk about more than 45 days response as well as a response to my service request and the idiots responded your petition is still pending and you can use the online tools to see updates like really no duh smarty pants, what a waste of time

enjoying my days with my honey mi buchu as I call him...on March 28th befoe I left to DR I finally was able to put in a service request til this day no response yet smh.. yesterday April 13th my @169days I emailed both VSC and that SCOPSSCATA email about my petition and service request and nothing yet I am really pissed off!
