    Alright, looking through AOS paperwork and filling it out, can someone tell me where daniels A number is, what is the Non-immigrant visa number?

      1) A number, look on your NOA2 or on his visa. 2) http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-765.pdf 3) You don't fill the medical form, just send a copy of the vaccination record he should have got at his UK medical.

      the only problem is, his a numbers are different. the last number is the only one that's different. we didn't notice that until now. are we in trouble? or is there any way to find out the actual a number?

      Well, that's weird! Maybe try calling the DOS and ask what the numbers are differents on the NOA2 and on the visa, and which one you should take.
