bad news, guy at social security place had no idea what we were talking about. said daniels stamps didn't equal up to 90 days, and that he couldn't get a ssn without his ead form. won't he get into trouble if he doesn't apply for his ssn ? i brought in one set of paperwork but the guy said it showed nothing about him getting a ssn. can someone steer me in the right direction in what to do now???

I printed that first one out and the guy said that said pretty much nothing about him being able to get one. I used that other link too
We couldn't print out the paperwork, so I asked for it there (SS-5) but we didn't even get that far. I tried the SSN K-1 Authorization on this page: http://www.visajourney.com/content/otherforms but I get an error whenever I try to bring up the page -
