    bad news, guy at social security place had no idea what we were talking about. said daniels stamps didn't equal up to 90 days, and that he couldn't get a ssn without his ead form. won't he get into trouble if he doesn't apply for his ssn ? i brought in one set of paperwork but the guy said it showed nothing about him getting a ssn. can someone steer me in the right direction in what to do now???

      did you print out the page from on here and take it with you saying that K-1's are allowed to get a ssn?? only other thing you can do is go back and speak to a supervisor
