My elderly parents in India do not have birth certificates nor do they have school or education certificates. Does anyone know what are other acceptable alternatives to birth certificates for my elderly parents?

Anyone in the NVC IR5 category? I am the petitioner for my elderly parents. I am in the process of collecting and submitting the civil documents. The rest is done.
