    if you got NOA1 in october and dont have the NOA2 yet than it could go another 2-3 months, my guess... if you have NOA2 than its in my opinion around a month... hope it helps :) PLEASE add your timeline though, it is helpful for others to know how things are going, and Latvia has a small profile so it would be helpful if you added :)
